Refund and Returns Policy

Solar Network, operated by Solar Network Pvt. Ltd. (“we” and “us”). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 10-Day Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@solarnetwork.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
