Shipping Policy
Welcome to Solar Network, operated by Solar Network Pvt. Ltd. (“we” and “us”). By placing an order through our website at solarnetwork.in (“Website”), you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between both parties regarding our shipping services.
1. General
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. If we cannot fulfill all items in your order due to stock unavailability, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to discuss whether you prefer to await restocking or opt for a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on factors such as weight, dimensions, and destination. The shipping cost collected with your purchase will be the final amount payable for shipping.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
We accept returns due to change of mind provided that a return request is submitted within 10 days of receiving the item. The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arrangements. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the customer’s bank account for future purchases. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim. Once we receive the returned items for a warranty claim, we aim to process the claim within 7 days. Upon confirmation, customers have the option of a refund to their payment method or a replacement item if stock is available.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
Domestic shipments typically take 3 – 7 days to arrive.
4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays.
4.3 Change Of Delivery Address
We accommodate change of delivery address requests before the order has been dispatched.
4.4 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.
4.5 Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses using USPS.
4.6 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we dispatch the in-stock items immediately and ship the remaining items once they are available.
4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us for investigation.
4.8 Damaged or Open Box Shipment
We ensure parcels are securely packaged before dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged or with signs of tampering, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service immediately.
5. Tracking Notifications
Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor the shipment’s progress.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service for assistance.
7. Duties & Taxes
GST is included in the price displayed on our website.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. If an order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured upon special request from the buyer.
9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged in Transit
We process refunds or replacements once the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
9.2 Process for Parcel Lost in Transit
Refunds or replacements are processed after the courier deems the parcel lost.
